Cyclists Shuttle Service

Basic information :

• The transport of cyclists is reserved as a priority for Équinox Aventure customers who are part of a package.
• No guarantee of service is provided if the request is made outside the recommended reservation deadlines.
• Bicycle transport is included in the service
• Luggage transport is not included in the service (additional cost)

Emergency transport on the Fjord cycle route and the Bleuets cycle route

• Emergency shuttle service available from Normandin to La Baie for cyclists

• We depart from Alma and we can transport a maximum of 14 people at a time

Passenger transport on the Véloroute du fjord and the Véloroute des Bleuets

• Possible if combined with at least one other related service from Équinox Aventure (rental, luggage transport, agency, etc.)
• No transport similar to those of our packages is accepted
• We recommend booking your transport at least 3 days before it to maximize your chances of
• obtaining availability from our logistics at the desired time.

Shuttles for the Péribonka and Petite Péribonka rivers

• We recommend booking your transport at least 15 days before it to ensure availability at your desired time;
• Transport of luggage and equipment are included in the service
• We can transport a maximum of 8 boats at a time (check with the organizers according to your type of equipment)
• Possible starting points: Otis Nature, Lamarche campground, Évasion Péribonka

Booking procedure:

• By email or by phone using one of our agents since it is a personalized service according to your needs and your itinerary.
• To formalize the reservation, we require a full deposit (see sales conditions)
• You will receive a confirmation email. However, you will NOT receive a reminder for your service.

Method of payment :

• Payment of the invoice is made when booking by credit card or online payment
• By phone if customers are unable to come to our Alma office to pay in person or pay online
• In person if customers are able to come to our Alma office to pay for transportation (debit cards and cash also accepted);
• See the conditions of sale in case of cancellation

Submission :

• We do not move customer vehicles. We drive our own vehicles only.
• We have some booster seats for children, please specify when booking

Dates of operations:

The service is in operation for cyclists from
May 15 until October 15, 2023 (7 days a week depending on reservations)
