More Informations
A 3 km guided tour accompanies visitors among our winter wonders. With their ice and snow, their hare tracks and their bonsai pines, the islands of Saint-Gédéon allow you to reconnect with the benefits of Nature. Inspired by the practice of Shinrin Yoku, the Japanese forest bath, your guide will lead a series of invitations to enjoy the outdoors in a different way. A Boreal tea ceremony will allow you to taste the essence of the landscape and share about the experience.
Our guides Shinrin Yoku in the process of certification, Jean Gaudreault and Charles Sagalane offer this Japanese practice in boreal mode. Familiar with animation, scientific popularization and cultural mediation, they bring this sensory immersion in Nature to all audiences. Variable formulas of 2h, 3h, half-day and weekend.
