Forest Survival Workshop (3h)

This introductory survival workshop takes place in the heart of the boreal forest and aims to understand this environment and its diversity while becoming familiar with its dangers. In connection with the safety aspect, we learn to recognize various risks and tame them.

The topics covered include:

• Orientation
• Fire
• Shelter
• Hydration

Various subjects are addressed through practical challenges, and the entire workshop unfolds in the heart of the forest. Active participation is essential for optimal knowledge acquisition.

The activity takes place at Auberge des Îles in Saint-Gédéon.
