Snowmobile Rental

• 100% payment upon online reservation
• Each snowmobile rented will be pre-filled with fuel to the maximum.
• The customer must return the snowmobile with a full tank of gas.
• Rental contract and acceptance of risk to be signed before the rental
• 0.65 per additional kilometer (plus taxes)
• Valid driver's license required, 21 years of age or older.
• You must arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled rental time.
• Please note that rates may vary according to snowmobile model.

• For 8h rentals

Pick-up is between 8am and 9am.
Return by 4 pm maximum
Package including a maximum of 200 kilometers
Rates start at $295

• For 24h rentals 

Pick-up between 8am and 9am or at the end of the day between 4pm and 5pm
The return must take place no more than 24 hours after the start of the rental, depending on the pick-up time.
Package including a maximum of 300 kilometers
Rates start at $349

• For rentals longer than 24h 

Pick-up between 8 and 9 am or at the end of the day between 4 and 5 pm
The vehicle must be returned without delay on the last day of rental, depending on the pick-up time.
Package including a maximum of 300 kilometers per day
Extra day rates from $316

• Includes :

Snowmobile rental 
Right of access to federated trails
2 million liability insurance included in trail access fee.
Quebec Federation of Snowmobile Clubs card
Insurance with a $2,000 deductible deducted by credit card on the morning of departure. (Any damage below this amount is not covered by insurance). 

This deposit, usually made by an uncharged credit card imprint, is returned after inspection upon return of the snowmobiles.

• Not including :

Snowmobile clothing and helmet (can be rented)
Gas and oil
Breakdown service ($75/hour)

Payment Policy:

Full online payment is required to confirm the reservation.

Modification

• 4.1.1 - Modification is possible with adjustment of the rate accordingly (for example: extension of the duration); notify as soon as possible.

Cancellation

• 7 days or more before the rental: 20% of the total amount retained.
• 7 days or less before the rental: No refund.
• In case of cancellation by Équinox Aventure due to weather conditions, the rental will be rescheduled for a later date, or we will refund the entire rental.
